Rough Day
December 29, 2011
Sarah had her central line replaced today; and what should have been a simple procedure, came with complications for our sweet girl. Although the line placement went well, she is in horrible pain and is still unable to move anything but her hands and feet. She has had this type of paralysis in the past, and it typically passes after several hours … although once it did last for an entire week.
So what was scheduled to be an outpatient procedure is turning into a hospitalization, as we are waiting for them to find her a room.
Thank you so much for your prayers and for all the kind, encouraging notes that you have sent to Sarah. She has very much enjoyed the outlet that her Caring Bridge provides and really enjoys hearing from you. Larry and I appreciate your love, support, and prayers as well.
Love, Jeanne
